These shelves are not suitable for DIY installation, as you have learned, it\u2019s not an easy job! <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0I always recommend professional installation <\/a>for these shelves. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0Your photos clearly show the bracket is way off level. I can assure you the problem is not the bracket, please\u00a0check it with a machinists square and\u00a0you will see it is welded at exactly\u00a090\u00b0\u00a0The system we use\u00a0to clamp and position the steel to weld the brackets is very accurate and doesn\u2019t leave anything to chance. Most walls are out of plumb and possess irregularities that will cause the bracket to point up or down, that is to be expected, and has to be compensated for in one way or another, and it sound like you managed to do so.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

So, I was able to fix it.\u00a0 I\u00a0put about three washers on the low side of the hole.\u00a0 Hopefully that will work.<\/p>\n

Anyway, the shelves themselves look really good.\u00a0 I was a little disappointed the frame wasn\u2019t level, but things are looking ok now.<\/p>\n

Hi Billy,
\nI received my shelves today but there’s a problem with the frames, they have a significant slope.\u00a0 If there’s a way for me to easily fix this, let me know, otherwise I need you to send me two new frames.<\/p>\n
